Custom Set Order Form
Upload the custom order form and email it back when you have your design sketched out, we will contact you to start the design and set up process. Don't be shy! the more info you put on the form the more we have to work with.
This is a 3 piece order and is the same price for any combination of driver, fairway wood or hybrid.
Lead time for custom orders is 4-6 weeks from final approval of design.
Additional Fees may apply for more than 2 logos - Embroidery on the backside of cover or complex designs.
